Why this chateau?
The Novogotic Chateau Sychrov, which served as a residence originating from the French family of the Rohans, is known from the fairy tale of Gold-eyed or Immortal Aunt. The chateau rooms are furnished with original furniture, paintings and other accessories; Most rooms also feature a rich carving decoration. The castle is open to the public to a great extent, so its tour will provide visitors with a perfect idea of how rich aristocratic families lived in the country's residence in the second half of the 19th century.
Sychrov Chateau offers several venues for commercial events such as wedding ceremonies, conferences, period feasts, wedding receptions, private concerts, open air festivals and more.
