We are a wedding agency established 21 years ago, and we organized over 1 400 weddings. We have 7 full-time wedding coordinators, working mainly in Prague, Central Bohemia & Switzerland. We are the first transparent agency in the Czech Republic, so we only charge our clients the cost that wedding vendors are charging us. Our agency is specialized in international weddings, we have arranged the legal paperwork in the Czech Republic for over 70+ nationalities. What our package for Full wedding service with ceremony with legalities is offering?
This package includes up to 60 hours (inlc. 4 hours for pre-wedding meeting and on-site coordination) time planning with you: via email, skype or personal meetings, pre-wedding meetings, planning with your wedding venues and vendors and organising everything into a perfectly synchronised, smooth wedding day.
Regarding the legalities:
Booking a ceremony venue and officiator / priest
Signing documents to ensure booking, confirmation emails
Booking a date at register office
Sending you a step-by-step guide on what is needed from your side
Having you email us/give us in case you are in Prague all documents beforehand for check
Submiting and inquiry for your legal wedding at the register office
Translating all documents into Czech
Arranging a legal/official translator for your wedding day
Meeting you at the register office before the wedding to sign documents with you (1 month or more before your wedding day)
Meeting you at the register office in the prewedding week
Onsite coordinator for your wedding day for 2 hours for the pre-ceremony and ceremony
Obtaining marriage certificate from the register office 2-4 weeks after your wedding
Obtaining all legal stamps for it from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Prague

If you are more demanding, it is our pleasure to offer you our premium service (up to 100 hours).
PragueWeddings never uses students or hostesses with no wedding experience to be your onsite coordinator - we always use professional wedding planners. Is a junior coordinator with less than a year of experience is present on your wedding day, it is always under a supervision of a senior wedding planner.
Please kindly note that we have accounting fee for payments and cash money management. This is a small fee used to cover accounting & tax related services. Also withdrawing cash & cash distribution on the wedding day or prior the wedding day.
